Well, in continuation to my previous thread, the problem is not in the LAN card and not in the ISP, when I changed the computer the connection became slow, but I took my previous lan card and I imported it into my computer and guess what? it has nothing to do with the lan card. I called my ISP aswell, and they donno what is the problem (and yes, my dsl is still on 1.5Mbit), so here comes the question, WHAT MAKES MY INTERNET GO IN HALF SPEED? I am begging for your help people im desperet, If you can, please write me in HEBREW, thx
