הבעיה נמצאת בחוסר תקציב לא בהיעדר בית חולים באשדוד.

    אין מקום פיזית בבתי החולים.

    תקציב נוסף במקרה הזה לא היה עוזר (אלא אם היה משומש להרחבת בתי החולים הקיימים).

    גם אם היה תקציב היה נוצר מחסור חמור של רופאים ככה או ככה... (כלומר, גם עכשיו ממש אין מספיק רופאים, בטח שיפתח עוד בית חולים).
