ברשותי מחשב בעל המפרט הבא:

מעבד intel e8400

לוח אם gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3lr

זכרונות dominator cm2x2048-8500c5d

כ. מסך xfx radeon 4850

מאז שהתקנתי את הקונפיגורציה הנוכחית אני סובל מ bsod שונים, מבדיקת קבצי הdump עולה שחלקם נובעים מהדרייבר של הכ.מסך, חלקם משגיאות זיכרון שונות.

עידכנתי את הדרייבר של כ.המסך, ואכן התקלות פחתו במידה מסוימת.

הרצתי memtest86+ ב2 קונפיגורציות, single ו dual, הנה התוצאות:

מה ניתן ללמוד ממהmemtest? האם ניתן לקבל אינד' איזה חלק תקול?

איזו אינדיקציה? שגיאה ב-memtest = הזיכרונות דפוקים

תבדוק שהזיכרונות עובדים בהגדרות הנכונות (מתח, תדר ותזמונים). אם לא- יתכן שזה גורם לבעיה.

מתח - 1.8-1.9. ע"פ הגדרת היצרן ניתן להגדיר עד 2.15 - תקין.

תדר - 1066mhz - תקין.

תזמונים - בסינגל 5-5-5-15 - תקין.

בדואל 5-7-7-24 - ברירת מחדל.

1) האם מדובר בוודאות בתקלה בזכרונות? מה הסיכוי שיש תקלה בלוח האם או רכיב אחר?

2) האם מישהו מכיר את מדיניות החלפת המוצרים של corsair?

3) את הזכרונות קניתי בארה"ב - האם אוכל להחליפם בארץ?

מתח - 1.8-1.9. ע"פ הגדרת היצרן ניתן להגדיר עד 2.15 - תקין.

אתה יודע, הם לא סתם רושמים ממתח מסוים ועד למסוים מסוים. אם אתה מריץ את הזיכרונות במקסימום שהם נועדו לו אז אתה צריך גם לתת מתח בהתאם. הייתי במקומך מעביר ל-2.1 או 2.2V.

1. אולי יש בעיה בעוד רכיבים, אבל רואים בבדיקה של Memtest שיש בעיה בזיכרונות. זה עדיין לא אומר שהם תקולים, אם הם עובדים בהגדרות לא נכונות אז זה יכול להיות הגורם.

2+3. חכה ותראה קודם אם הם באמת תקולים, אל תמהר. בכל מקרה תוכל לשאול אצל יבואנים או גג לשלוח לחו"ל. אתה פותח RMA, מקבל כתובת למשלוח ואת כל הפרטים שאתה צריך.

ביצעתי boot עם 2.1 וולט, הווינדוס עלה ואז קפא.

אני אריץ memtest ב2.1 ואז נראה מה קורה שם...

בכל מקרה, זה כאב ראש כל ההחלפה.. אני אצטרך את הקבלה מהחנות? כי אין לי מושג איפה שמתי אותה... :\

ממממ.. מה הדגם המדויק של הזיכרונות שלך? לפי CPU-Z?

לגבי האחריות, מצאתי את המייל שקיבלתי מ-OCZ כשפניתי אליהם בזמנו. בסוף לא היה צורך בזה, אבל רק שתקבל מושג כללי כי אתה שואל על עניין האחריות וההחזרה.

The closest site we have to Israel is in The Netherlands. However I've been told it's less expensive to ship to the US. So I've included both addresses for you. You can ship your memory to whichever is more convenient for you.

***Please read the following e-mail carefully and follow all instructions to ensure your RMA is properly received and processed. ***

Your RMA number is _______. If you are returning a Dual Channel memory kit, please send both memory modules from the kit to ensure that your replacement memory will be fully compatible with your motherboard. Be sure to package returned memory in antistatic material, with no tape or other sticky material applied to the memory. If you are returning a PSU, please be sure to ship all the cables as well as the PSU.

Package the product you are returning well by using at least two inches of bubble wrap or foam. Do not directly attach or tape bubble wrap or foam to the product itself. Write your RMA number, on the package clearly using a black marker.

OCZ recommends shipping using a traceable courier, such as Federal Express or UPS. If you ship by USPS, it is highly recommended that you use certified mail. OCZ will not be responsible for lost RMA packages.

Do not lose your RMA number we will not be able to track your RMA status without it. Please include a copy of your receipt if available. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

כמובן שאתה צריך לפנות אליהם ולקבל כתובות וקוד RMA, אתה לא משתמש בכתובות הנ"ל או בשום אינפורמציה שכזו שרשומה במייל. ^

עדכון:

ביצעתי בדיקת Memtest ב2.1 וולט, קודם עם 2 הסטיקים ביחד ואז לכל אחד בנפרד.

מדובר ככה"נ בסטיק פגום אחד.

למרות זאת, שלחתי את הקיט כולו חזרה לCorsair, ואני ממתין לתשובתם.
