אני מחובר לכבלים במהירות של 750 הספק שלי היא האוניבריסיטה העיברית

יש לי כל הזמן בעיות בגלישה: בעיות מהירות התנתקות.

יש לי שתי שאלות:

1. איך אני יודע האם הבעיה היא בספק או בכבלים?????

2. האם חלק מהבעיות יכולות להגרם בגלל ההגדרות של ה - Proxy???? :'(
