The Vsync limits the maximum FPS not the minimal FPS, it prevents image tearing. It doesn't mean you can't still get lower FPS that depends strictly on your hardware.

    אבל זה עובדה שאני רואה את המשחק יותר לאט

    כזה מקורטע אבל לא רציני, אני שם לב בין 80 ל- 60.

    עכשיו זה לא רק ב- UT

    זה גם ב- CS

    לא נפילות פשוט במקומות בסדר יש לי FPS 100 אבל עם הרבה תמונות וכל זה יש לי 50-60

    ושוב אני רואה את ההבדל
