שלום, יש לי מחשב חדש יחסית (שנה וחצי+)

בהתחלה ה CPU היה עומד על 3 אחוז כאשר אני לא מפעיל שום תוכנת צד או משחק כלשהו

עכשיו כאשר אני לא מפעיל כלום הCPU עומד על 50 אחוז

ורק לאחרונה החלפתי מאוורר+ספק כוח.
