No matter what RAM you get you won't be able to run 2-2-2-5 on 865PE or 875P chipset, it's a known fault with the chipset and all attempts to get those timings to work will result in system not booting or severe instability.

In any case I suggest you take:

P4 2.4C, Epox EP-4PCA3I and 256x2 of Twinmos PC3200C2 Twister RAM (2-3-3-6). this all should come to around 2600 nis.
