נכשל בהתקנת SP2 בויסטה.

הי,קניתי מחשב חדש שהגיע עם ויסטה SP1,אחרי כמה ימים קפצה סוף סוף הודעה לעידכון לSP2.אישרתי את ההתקנה ומייד הופיע הודעה שההתקנה נכשלה ושצריך לבצע הפעלה מחדש.במהלך ההפעלה מחדש הוא כתב שהוא קובע תצורת עידכונים אבל כשהמחשב עלה לא היה זכר לSP2 ועל המחשב עדיין מותקן SP1 איך ניתן לנסות להתקין אותו מחדש?בעידכונים מופיע רק שהעידכון נכשל ולא מופיע שניתן להתקין אותו עוד פעם..
