hi guys - sorry for the English, I have no Hebrew in the computer at work..

I just bought this model:

GTS 250 OC GV-N250OC-1GI

I have a 400W PSU, however the requirements for this card say I need a 450W PSU

is this really necessary, or will my 400W PSU hold?

also, what could be damaged from keeping the 400W and playing games for long periods of time?
