שלום רב,

לפני לא מעט זמן קניתי 2 זכרונות (dual channel) למחשב והיום כשהתקנתי CPU-Z שמתי לב לדבר הבא:

תחת JEDEC #1

frequency 166MHz

CAS# Latency 2.0

RAS# to CAS# 3

RAS# Precharge 3

tRAS 5

Voltage 2.5 V

לעומת זאת תחת JEDEC #2

frequency 200MHz
