    Obviously as low as possible. I wouldn't give more than 1.650 or 1.700 over a long period of time.

    Though staying around 1.600 and under is preferable.

    Not all P4 boards can work with both Willi and northwood, some 865PE/875P boards can't use Willi.

    Most boards based on older chipsets like 845PE for example gave option to give such high voltage.
