שלום לכולם,

יש לי XP עם SP3 והIE6.

לאחרונה בפתאומיות האינטרנט בכל פעם שאני לוחץ על האייקון קופא למשך איזה דקה ואז מעלה את האתר באיטיות. אחרי זה בדף הזה הכל עובד כרגיל עד שנפתח דף חדש לא משנה אם בלחיצה על האייקון או מלחיצה על קישור מתוך דף שכבר עובד.

עשיתי סריקה עם הקספרסקי והוא מעודכן, מחקתי את כל הקבצים הזמניים, הפעלתי איזה תוכנה של SPYWARE, ואין תוצאות.

למישהו יש רעיון?

איך אני יכול במקביל לשלוח פנייה למיקרוסופט? אני לא מוצא איזה פקודה במחשב. יש לי XP חוקי.
