A friend of mine bought this case and he really wants to use the front USB connectors.

Problem is that unlike most USB panels the cable here is split into 8 little wires titled with stuff like D+, 5+ and a couple more and due to this I have no idea how to properly connect it to the board (Asus A7V333).

I could really use a guide or an explanation on how to connect this.

פתח את החוברת של הלוח, תקרא בדיוק איך הולכים חיבורי החוטים בלוח. לאן כל חוט מתחבר בלוח.

צריך להיות לך בחוברת (או PDF מהאתר של ASUS) תרשים/שרטוט מדוייק - ככה תוכל להתאים את החוטים של ה-FRONT USB לחיבורים על הלוח.

מעצבן, אבל לא מסובך.

אגב ככה זה היה גם אצלי עם ה-6A19.

כנראה שבכל המארזים שלהם החוטי-USB באים בבדידים...

אם אתה לא מוצא את החוברת , פשוט תנסה לחבר לפי הסדר שבו החוטים מחוברים אחד לשני .

הצלחתי לעשות את זה אצל חבר שלי .. פשוט וקל .

e.t, does your front USB has only 8 wires aswell?

The connector on the board has 9, it doesn't says which is which, I'll check for a pdf in Asus' site.

theres an extra useless pin there where u should ignore it and plug them as it says on the manual, the ground connection goes in the direction of the useless pin so take notice

הפין הבודד ליד הפין החסר הוא המיותר.

בחוברת של לוח האם יהיה תרשים מדוייק של כל פין והתפקיד שלו, זה הכי בטוח.
