היום ניסיתי להתקין מצלמת אינטרנט חדשה של חברת contact עם הדרייבר שקיבלתי בדיסק המצורף עם המצלמה

אחריי שהתקנתי ובאתי להפעיל את המצלמה בעזרת התוכנה הופיעה לי הודעה : sory,you have no video capture hardwere

יש לציין שעדכנתי את הדרייברים של הכרטיס מסך והמערכת הפעלה היא ויסטה 64bit

    נראה כאילו המחשב שלך לא מזהה את המצלמה, תנסה לבדוק בלוח הבקרה הוא הוא מזהה משהו. אם כן אז פשוט תתקין מחדש לפי ההוראות שבאריזה.

    דרך אגב בדקת שהמצלמה והדרייברים שקיבלת תומכים בויסטה 64 ביט?

    אולי יש דרייברים אחרים באינטרנט.
