Artic cooling 7 Pro-130 NIS.

Scythe Ninja 2-159 NIS.

The Ninja 2 is a really good value for the price, but it doesn't exacly fit your budget.. Consider raising it, with the Ninja 2 you could do quite an excellent overclock considering how cheap it is..
