Wierd thing with R9700NP

I played many games with this card and NONE of them gave me 100fps stable. GTA Vice City, Day Of Defeat, Counter Strike, NBA Live 2003 etc`

I checked my card with the 3Dmark test and my score was 13066 which is great! All the test I had 200-300 FPS.

So my quistion is, why in games my FPS isn't stable on 100? If you gonna tell me to download the latest drivers, or something like that, DON'T. Only serious commands please, and you can respone me in hebrew.

    eliXer man please try to disconnect and connect the card atleast 3 times...

    working ? great , not working so do like this :

    format.

    install cs and check...

    not working?

    check the hardisk...

    check the card with other memories...

    i mean change the computer memories on the motherboard....

    not helping?

    the problem is in the card if all this not working...

    like its memories isnt good compeny or something is wrong on the card itself and not in the Radeon 9700chip...

    Maxtor 80g 8mb buffer.

    Radeon 9700np+Cat 3.6

    Geil Ultra memory 256x2.

    Xp+Sp1

    אחי מקבל 14000 ב3dmark

    וכל הבאנצמרקים מראים שהכל עובד חלק.

    אבל במשחקים פשוט רואים קפיצות קטנות לכמה רגעים.

    הבעיה נישארת גם אם ביטלתי את הכרטיס קול ורשת על הלוח. לכרטיס יש Irq לבד.

    וגם אני לא מוצא את הפיתרון לבעיה הזאת. אני חושב להחליף את הביוס של הכרטיס.

    בוייס סיטי הFPS הוא 30 קבוע

    יש אפשרות לבטל את זה והFPS יהיה גבוהה אבל זה יגרום לבעיות
