I just got my brand new Radeon9700NP, and I got this problem that when I enter the game Counter-Strike, it says the OpenGL mode is not supported by my video card, I try 2 more times to enter the server, and everything is ok.

And sometimes the screen just turn black.

And another thing, I got 100 FPS stable no matter what, and if anyone is fimiler with this game, in the map: de_aztec when there's lot of players playing on the fps drop! to 70-80! Like , wtf?! I got 100fps with GF2 100MX 32bit, and with RADEON 9700 I GOT FPS DROPS!?!? Is it possible? and by the way I got the latest drivers, Vsync is off and I use Windows XP Pro.

did you installed any counter strike modes or something ? becuase the new radeons in cs when u installing skins and things they got drops (alot of) dont install anything and try to use the normal config !

thats the only thing i can tell you atm but if you will still have problems so i really really dont know...

try to test the radeon on ut 2003 and to see how much fps u got there and if you got drops...

I see no one want to answer because you donno nothing about the game, but leave it, it is not connected to the game, the quistion is why it tells me everytime that my card doesnt support This OpenGL mode, and after few times of retrying I succed to enter the game! PLEASE help me

ובקשר למשחק עצמו, תתקין גם אותו מחדש אם התקנת הדרייברים לא עוזרת.

Both didn't work. Someone told me to change the AA to x6/x4 but then the card will be slower no?
