בשפה האנגלית

כאשר אני מגיע למסך הראשון של ויסטה (מסך ה-LOG ON ל-USER שרוצים)

אז שפת ברירת המחדל היא HEB והסיסמה של כל היוזרים היא באנגלית מה שמצריך אותי כמובן לשנות את השפה במקלדת ל-ENG

כמובן שמדובר בלחיצה פשוטה של SHIFT + ALT

אבל זה סתם מעצבן.

איך אני מגדיר ששפת הברירת מחדל במסך הכניסה תהיה ENG ?
