problem with HEBREW in VISTA

i am using vista 64

i have a problem that suddenly i cant change the language to Hebrew

i tried restarting my computer and removing and adding back the hebrew keyboard in regional settings

and still i cant change to hebrew

any ideas?

    in everything

    in windows, in the language bar near the clock i can see only EN to choose from

    while in regional settings i see that both are installed

    and i dont have any system restore in for that period of time :nixweiss:
