יש לי win xp sp2 על מחשב ישן יחסית (כבן 3 שנים). לאחרונה יש לו תופעה מוזרה שבה קיצורי הדרך על שולחן העבודה אינם מגיבים.

קליק כפול לא פותח דבר.

הדרך היחידה לפתוח אותם היא לחצן ימני של העכבר ו אז open .

אני מחפש את הפתרון או כוון לפתרון של הבעייה.
