היי חברים.

יש לי בעיה ברגע שאני מדליק את המחשב הנייד שלי אני מקליד את הסיסמא שתמיד השתמשתי בה עד עכשיו ופתאום הוא לא נותן לי להכנס.

הוא כותב את ההודעה הבאה:

the user profile Service, service failed the logon

user profile cannot be loaded

כאשר אני מכניס סיסמא אחרת שלא היתה בשימוש עד עכשיו הוא כותב:

the user name or password is incorrect

    תוריד את זה ותצרוב את זה על דיסק... זה קובץ ISO אז תצרוב אותו בצורה המתאימה...

    תשנה בביוס שה CD יעלה ראשון ותפעל לפי ההוראות... זה אמור לעזור.
