    start -> run -> services.msc

    חפש שם את ה-service המדובר, קליק ימני ו- start. כדאי שתעביר אותו גם ל- manual במקום ל- disable.

    זה שכתוב לך בהודעה... Logical Disk Manager.

    ולא, אתה לא צריך להפעיל מחדש. רק תוודא שה-service עבר למצב started.
