שלום לכולם,

ברשותי מדפסת רשת מסוג HP Photosmart 2613.

במחשבים שיש בהם מערכת הפעלה Windows XP Pro מתקבלת שגיאה בהדפסה.

כאשר אני מנסה להדפיס ממשתמש פשוט (לא אדמיניסטארטיבי) מתקבלת הודעת שגיאה וההדפסה לא מתבצעת.

יש לציין שבמערכת הפעלה Vista אין לי כל בעיה בהדפסה ממשתמש פשוט.
