אני לא מצליח להחליף מאנגלית לעברית ע"י לחיצת CTRL+ALT ולא ע"י לחיצת עכבר על הריבוע.

זה פשוט תקוע, אי אפשר להחליף לכלום, לא לסגור ובטח שבמאפיינים אין משהו שגורם לזה להשתנות, חוץ מריסטרט למחשב, שזה מסתדר, אבל ממש למעט זמן.

יכול להיות התגנשות תוכנות, ויכול להיות עוד כמה סיבות מרכזיות, השאלה מה.
