המפרטים של שניהם זהים ונראה לי שה-1000 הוא השם של הדגם בצפון אמריקה וה-700 הוא השם שלו באירופה (ובישראל).

    לא, מדובר בשני דגמים שונים שנמכרים זה בצד זה במקומות מסויימים. הם מאד דומים אך אינם זהים, ה-700 הינו בעל מסך 10.2" ברזולוציה של 1024X600 וה-1000 הוא בעל מסך 10.1" ברזולוציה של 1024X576. המסך של ה-1000 מגיע עם גימור ה-Infinity של HP וישנם עוד הבדלים קטנים באופציות הקנפוג.
