לאחרונה שמתי לב שהביטורנט שלי מוריד במהירויות מאוד גבוהות (מגה וחצי- 2), אבל הוא מסרב לעבור את ה25 ק"ב בהעלאה.

הוא פעם היה מעלה 500-700 כמו כלום,ולא שיניתי שומדבר מבחינת החיבור. לטורנטים יש הרבה ליצרים. מישהו יודע מה יכולה להיות הבעיה?

החיבור הוא 15 הורדה על 5 העלאה (לא בארץ).
