Problem with memtest.exe

Hello I'm having trouble with my computer.

He wont start up in normal mode Because of

Boot\Memtest.exe

he tells me to insert vista recovery disc and i did and i did the recovery and nothing helped..

what can i do?

(the English is because the safe mode)

    Please help me i dont know what do do and i cant format because of important files and alot!!

    i dont understand whats the problem i installed vista on other disk on the same computer and it worked

    and when i boot from vista recover disk it says everything is ok

    when im trying to switch the memtest.exe with another one it says that i dont have the premissions.

    what can i do please help.
