אני משתמש ב windows xp home edition sp2. גרסה אנגלית.

כבר פעמיים קרה לי שבזמן עבודה מע' ההפעלה קורסת בצורה פתאומית - המסך הופך שחור, ההארד דיסק מכבה את עצמו והמחשב עושה restart.

כש windows עולה שוב אני מקבל:
