שלום,

יש לי בעיה בזיהוי מדפסתת והגדרתה.

בזמן שאני מנסה לדפיס אין שום תגובה.

נכנסתי ללוח הבקרה ומשם לניהול וישומים וראיתי ש print spooler לא מופעל.

כשניסיתי להפעיל אותו הוא רשם לי הודעת שגיאה - שגיאה 2 ולא עבר למצב הפעל.

האם מישהו נתקל בבעיה זו ויכול לעזור לי לפתור אותה???

    קודם כל זאת לא בעיית חומרה.

    לפי השגיאה יכול להיות ש spoolsv פגום או נמחק לכן הייתי מציע להתחיל מ sfc /scannow.
