משום מה כשאני פותחת קובץ בתוכנה, היא מזהה רק את השמע ולא מראה את הוידאו

יש לי מקודדים מתאימים במחשב..יכולה לראות סרטים ..

וגם כשאני מנסה לשמור הוא שומר לי את זה בתור שמע
