הכל טוב ויפה מקלדת פשוט פצצה

אבל כל הכפתורים של הקיצורי דרך לא עובדים לי .. אני לא יכול להגביר ולהנמיך דרך המקלדת

ויש לי SetPoint הגרסא הכי מעודכנת והגדרתי את המקשים והכל וניסיתי למחוק ולהתקין מחדש ועדיין המקלדת לא מגיבה לקיצורי הדרך... מה עושים?
