    יש לי אותה מדפסת משולבת בבית והצלחתי לסרוק מסמכים רק אחרי שהתקנתי את התוכנה של HP, למיטב זכרוני התוכנה נמצאת על הדיסק שמצורף למדפסת ומכיוון שלא התקנת את התוכנה, את מקבלת את הודעת השגיאה הנ"ל.
