לאחר התקנת SP3 על XP והתחרפנות הלפטופ (הרשת נעלמה לה כלא הייתה) וRESTORE לווינדוס תוכנת REMOTE DESKTOP הפסיקה לעבוד.

היא נמצאת על המחשב אבל דאבל קליק עליה לא מפעיל אותה.
