יש לי איזה הקדמה לאתר (intro) כזאת שעשיתי עם כמה אפקטים וסאונד וכמובן יצרתי שם כפתור עכשיו אני רוצה שבלחיצה עליו יפתח לי חלון חדש עם עמוד ASP. השאלה איך עושים זאת?

האם אני יכול לרשום בלינק של הכפתור פקודה של JAVASCRIPT שתפתח לי את החלון כמו למלשל:
