לאחר הגבלת ה-Upload בתוכנה, הבחנתי שזה לא ממש קורה, בזכות הפינגים הגבוהים בתוכנת Ventrilo.

לדוגמא : ברשותי 6 טורנטים פתוחים, כולם מוגבלים ל-1KB העלאה, אך תוכנת BitDefender מציגה מהירות חזור של 17KB.

כנראה שמעבר להעלאת מידע (המוגבל ל-1KB*6) התוכנה מבצעת עוד משהו מעבר לזה שאוכל פס חזור?
