    אם המטרה היא התקנת ms-dos או freedos או סתם os/2 אין שום בעיה לבחור בFAT כמערכת קבצים.

    רק שאם זו תהיה מחיצה משנית ולא ראשית, מי ייתן לך לעשות ממנה boot ל-DOS?

    בכל מקרה, זה נכון - DOS קלאסי מזהה רק FAT (הידוע גם כ-FAT16).

    DOS חדש כמו Windows 98 למשל, או ה-FreeDOS, תומכים גם ב-FAT32.

    השאלה היא מה המטרה.
