יש לי בעיה מוזרה

אני מתחבר לאינטרנט וכשאני מנסה לגלוש דרך הדפדפן ( firefox אן explorer ) אני לא מצליח לגלוש, זאת אומרת שהדף לא עולה למרות שיש התחברות לספק ולרשת. דבר נוסף כשאני מנסה לגלוש ממחשב אחר עם אותו מודם באותה צורה אני מצליח לגלוש והכל עובד מצויין
