מצאתי בגוגל איזה פתרון שאצלי לא עבד (החלפת הקובך XPTHEME.DLL).

עזרה נוספת תתקבל בברכה.

    Download the appropriate uxtheme.dll file: http://www.winmatrix.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=16025

    Download Replacer: http://www3.telus.net/_/replacer/

    Create a new folder on your Desktop, and extract the contents of the Replacer ZIP file into it.

    Double-click replacer.cmd.

    Drag in the original uxtheme.dll.

    Drag in the modified uxtheme.dll that you downloaded.

    Reboot when prompted.
