תיקון בויסטה:

בויסטה ניתן לבצע תיקון בלי דיסק ההתקנה בתפריט של אתחול המערכת:

כמוכן ניתן לבצע את התקנת התיקון דרך דיסק ההתקנה של חלונות כמו בXP

בויסטה יש גם אפשרות של שחזור המערכת מגיבוי אחרון (לא בכל הגרסאות)
