    א. תנסה להתקין מחוץ ל-Program files או להעזר במדריך שבסטיקי לשינוי הרשאות ותוסיף לקבוצת users הרשאת full control על התיקיות של האימיול.

    ב. נסה לשנות את שמות הקבצים של Preferences.dat ו- criptkey.dat או להעביר אותם לתיקיה אחרת, בפתיחת האימיול הוא אמור ליצור אותם מחדש.

    אם זה לא עוזר אז אתה תמיד יכול להחזיר את הקבצים המקוריים ושום דבר לא ישתנה.

    ג. יש לך אפשרות שנקראת Use secure identification תחת תפריט security, תנסה לשחק עם הסימון שלה (אם מסומן אז תוריד, אם לא מסומן אז תסמן).

    אגב, אני ממליץ לעבוד עם אימיול "מקורי", הרבה פעמים ההגדרות שהמודרים שמים לא ממש אופטימליות.
