האם גיבוי מלא של המערכת (Windows Complete PC Backup ) יכול לשמש כתחליף ל Ghost ?

כלומר לאחר גיבוי אני יוכל לשחזר את כל הקבצים לדיסק קשיח חדש שמחובר למחשב ,לאחר שהעברתי לדיסק הקשיח החדש את כל קובץ הגיבוי,לפרמט את הדיסק השני ולנתק אותו.
