Non Generic PSU in any case.

in case it's for overclocking:

I recommend the EPoX 8RGA+ as the motherboard with 2x256MB PC3200/PC3500 memory dimms.

and if it's not for overclocking:

EPoX 8RDA or if you need alot of features than take the Abit NF7-S (which is also a pretty good overclocker) with 2x256 PC2700 memory dimms.
