you looking it the wrong way, it's not like the cpu is heating up the world.

the case has a constent air flow going through it, which transfare the hot case air to the world's air. meaning the case has a constant heat dissipation rate. however the total case heat gain varied, since thanks to the better thermal paste the CPU is able to get rid of it's heat faster.

you are looking it the wrong way. it's true that when you do 75W of work 75W of work will be done, but it will be done on the world temperture not the case temperture, just like when a 60W light bulb does 55W of heat and 5W of light (if not less).

1W=1J per second

the CPU is getting rid of the heat at the same rate in any case. Even wthout a heatsink at all it would push 75w of heat into the case. The only question is how much hotter than the case it needs to be in order to move 75w of heat.

The better the cooling the smalled the delta between the case and the CPU temp. It has nothing to do with "how fast" it's getting rid of the heat.

when using a better heat conductive, there's more energy, since the work is constant the time is shorter. meaning more heat in less time, but the case get rid of the heat in a constant rate. meaning better heat conductive (thermal paste/heatsink/higher CFM fan) the hoter the case.
