קניתי מחשב חדש והתקנתי את כל הדרייברים חוץ מהדריבר של הכרטיס קול עכשיו שאני בא להתקין אותו אז ההתקנה נכשלת והוא אומר שיש עוד תוכנית שפועלת חוץ מההתקנה ואין שום דבר פתוח גם לא על כלום על הסרגל מה אני צריך לעשות???????
