    יכול להיות שיש לך התקנים חיצוניים על דרייברים שלא יודעים לבצע SHUTDOWM REQUEST

    דבר נוסף , נסה לבצע SFC /SCANNOW וישחזר דרייברים של מערכת הפעלה (למצב תקין)

    דבר נוסף בדוק דרייברים של כרטיס מסך ו שהמערכת היא ACPI לפחות וכן ביוס מעודכן !
