הנרו שלי פשוט לא רוצה להמחק!

אין לי את ההתקנה שלו, לפי מה שהבנתי צריך להתקין מחדש ואז למחוק

הנה תמונה:

מישהו יודע איך למחוק את זה בלי להתקין?

וגם שאני מנסה להתקין גרסא יותר חדישה של נרו זה אומר למחוק את הישן קודם.. (מה שלא רוצה להמחק)

ניסיתי במצב בטוח וניסיתי כמעט את כל השיטות ללא הצלחה.
