שלום רב,

ברשותי נגן MP4 של fujicom חדש.

חיברתי אותו למחשב ע"י הכבל USB שהיה באריזה, והעתקתי מהמחשב שירים למכשיר.

אחרי שמיעת מוסיקה בנגן הסוללה התרוקנה. ניתן לטעון אותה ע"י חיבור למחשב בלבד.

חיברתי את הנגן למחשב, וסמל הסוללה מופיע ולא זז במקום שיהבהב.

כאשר אני מחבר את הנגן למחשב, מתקבלת ההודעה הבאה. מה לדעתכם הבעיה?
