im sorry that im writing in english coz my win dont support it...

the clients on the network cant donwload things or get in web sites and all that..

What network you have?

What is the config in the client side(TCP/IP)?

can they resolve domain names?, if not can they ping ip's?(try 199.203.55.31)

Do you have any firewall installed on one of the computers?

How is your network exactly physicly connected? What computer is connected to what?

How is your network configured on each computer?

Playing online games is both upload and download, your problem seems to be a DNS problem, that is why i told you to ping an address on the internet(for example 199.203.55.31).

ואתה צודק זה היתה בעיה עם ה dns ...

אבל הצלחתי לפתור את זה...
