הכרטיסים החדשים ייצרו בתהליך יצור של 55 נ"מ ,יגיעו עם תמיכה ב DX10.1 ו PCIE2 וב CrossFireX וגם UVD.

המפרט הטכני של הכרטיסים זהה לR600 אבל עם קצת שינויים שהבולטים בהם זה :בקר 256 ביט, תדרים גבוהיים יותר ,DX10.1

שני כרטיסים יבוססו RV670 -הם HD3870 ו HD3850.

HD3870 (RV670XT) יבוא בתדר של 775Mhz לליבה ו2400Mhz לזיכרון, 512MB GDDR4 במחיר של 307$

HD3850 (RV670PRO) יבוא בתדר 700Mhz לליבות 1800Mhz לזיכרון , 256MB GDDR3 במחיר של 227$

קראתי איפה שהוא שהHD3850 עם מעבד Q6600 מוציא 10.5K ב3DMARK 2006 עם דרייברים שהם בטא...

זה לא ממש מתחרה ב8800GT אבל עוד יש מקום לשיפור...

אני רואה פה בעייה חמורה! אם אין לי 300$ אני אצטרך להסתפק בגרסה שיש בה רק 256MB זכרון! זה ממש "מכבה" את הציפייה שלי לכרטיסים, בייחוד כשיש את ה8800GT עם 512MB ב250$, וכבר היום רואים שתוספת הזכרון הזו חשובה. אני מקווה שאני אתבדה והכרטיסים יהיו חזקים ככה, כי בינתיים בתקציב (הדמיוני) שלי לכרטיס הבא, ה8800GT נראה הכי מתאים וציפיתי שATI יביאו כרטיס חזק לא פחות באותו מחיר, עם אותה כמות זכרון.

חסר רק FILL RATE שמופיע בביקורת אחרת כדי שיהיו כל הנתונים.

אני בטוח שישנם עוד נתונים לכרטיסים של ATI מלבד ה - 320 STREAM PROCESSORS.

הכל נראה טוב ויפה, השאלה הגדולה עכשיו היא באמת עד כמה הכרטיסים האלו יוכלו להתחרות ב-GT של NVIDIA וה-GTS החדש שאמור לצאת.

ועד כמה הקירור והשקט שלהם יהיו טובים.

איזה X2950 ? ???

אם להגיד את האמת, הכרטיסים של ATI כרגע לא נראים משהו, הזול הוא עם 256MB זיכרון בלבד ושני הכרטיסים הם עם 256BIT ואכיטקטורה זהה ל - HD2900XT שבעל 512BIT, אמנם יש להם קלוקים גבוהים יותר אך גם את ה - XT אפשר להמהיר ל - 800/2000 ובקלוק פר קלוק הוא יהיה עדיף.

אם לא יהיו שינויים נוספים בארכיטקטורה שאני לא יודע עליהם אז מצבם של הכרטיסים האלה לא יהיה טוב.

ומסתבר שה - HD2900GT הושק כבר, הביצועים שלו לא משהו בכלל.

הם לא רק נראים לא משהו, יש שמועות רבות שהם יהיו חלשים מ8800GT אבל ATi תפצה ע"י מחיר נמוך יותר מ8800GT (למרות שלפי האתר הסיני המחיר דיי גבוהה מ8800GT לגירסאת ה HD3870)
