בכל פעם שאני פותח את תוכנת הדואר, היא מושכת את אותה הודעה מס' פעמים ואז קורסת

מישהו נתכל בזה בעבר ?

    זה קורה לך במספר הודעות\חשבונות שונים או רק במייל מסויים שהוא "נתקע" עליו?

    אם זה המקרה השני, תנסה להכנס לממשק WEB של אותו שרת מייל ולמחוק את המייל שאולי גורם לבעיה.

    בכל אופן אין פה שום תקלה חומרתית ולכן התארד מועבר לפורום תוכנה.
